Pain can come from many different structures and mechanisms. Daygo Medical Group focuses on identifying the source, understanding how it affects function, and building a treatment plan around the individual—not just the symptom.
Cervical, thoracic and lumbar pain arising from degenerative, disc, facet and other spinal conditions.
Radiating arm or leg pain related to irritation or compression of spinal nerve roots.
Narrowing within the spinal canal or neural foramina that may contribute to pain, weakness or limited walking tolerance.
Axial spine and pelvic pain arising from the facet joints or sacroiliac joint.
Selected musculoskeletal conditions involving joints, tendons and surrounding soft tissues.
Complex or ongoing pain conditions that may benefit from a multidisciplinary and interventional approach.
Treatment is selected around the diagnosis, the individual and the goal—not a one-size-fits-all pathway. Daygo Medical Group offers advanced interventional options designed to reduce pain, restore function and help patients move forward.
Fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, diagnostic blocks and targeted interventions performed with precision.
Spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation for appropriately selected neuropathic and chronic pain conditions.
Targeted radiofrequency treatments for selected spinal and peripheral joint pain generators.
Advanced minimally invasive and interventional options for appropriately selected spine and musculoskeletal conditions when conventional treatments are not enough.
Selected orthobiologic and regenerative approaches designed to support healing and function in appropriate musculoskeletal conditions.
Targeted joint, tendon and soft-tissue procedures selected according to the diagnosis, anatomy and functional goals.
Specific procedures and candidacy are determined after an individualized evaluation.
Effective pain care starts with understanding the diagnosis, the person and the goal. Daygo Medical Group pairs advanced interventional expertise with individualized decision-making focused on meaningful function.
Treatment designed around the diagnosis, anatomy, goals and needs of the individual patient.
Specialized care across interventional spine, pain medicine, neuromodulation and musculoskeletal medicine.
Success is measured by meaningful improvement in pain, function and quality of life—not by any single measure alone.
Advanced procedures when appropriate, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary escalation.
Thoughtful, individualized care starts with the right evaluation. Daygo Medical Group provides advanced interventional spine and pain care focused on diagnosis, function and meaningful outcomes.
